arcade is an artist-led initiative which aims to encourage the bringing together of artists and creative practitioners working in broad ranging art forms, and to organise openly accessible events in public ‘non-gallery’ spaces.

Eden artists in empty shop units in Penrith

Artists Janis Young and Chris Hurford are in occupation in an empty unit in Penrith’s Devonshire Arcade until February 14th. They both want the public to interact with them working, come in and have a chat…!
