Eden Arts, the organisers of the Winter Droving which takes place in Penrith on Sat 14th November in Penrith town centre, have announced that it will include a new event . Remote Cinema brings eclectic film programme to Eden venues

A fantastic array of films will be screening in venues across Eden this autumn, bringing high quality pictures and sound on the big screen through REMOTE, a rural touring cinema programme run by Eden Arts & Cine North. Eden Arts seek a Project Officer who will work across our wide variety of projects.  This role will assist the Head of Projects and Director to deliver key projects such as Picnic & Remote Cinema, The Winter Droving, C-Art and mass participation programmes. This role will have administrative as well as project management responsibilities.   Volunteer here!! If you like what Eden Arts do and you have some spare time on your hands why not come and volunteer with us. We have recently taken over The Old Fire Station in Penrith and are transforming it into a community arts space and starting to put on arts events and activities there. It needs some sprucing up, so if you fancy coming to help paint a room we are setting up a Monday painting and decorating session.
