Get Shirty

The Get Shirty design competition aims to create a high performance innovative women’s kit at a time when the visibility of women in sport is becoming more and more significant. A kit is so much more than something you wear. It not only affects outward perceptions, it affects how the team feel about themselves.

Entries were open to anyone from school students to professional designers. The prize fund is £1000 for the successful design, plus £1000 towards an official female sports group of the winners choice.

The winner has now been announced as Sarah Diante with her striking entry featuring the prominent stag at it's centre. You can view the winning entry and read more about Sarah's design here.

Sarah's design is currently being sent for production at Macron and will be unveiled in September ready for Hartlepool Rovers Ladies RFC new season.
