Salary: £36K - £38K per annum

Working in close collaboration with the Director, the Associate Director will develop the business model and strategic plan for the coming years and oversee the company management and delivery of Eden Arts programme in 2021.
Eden Arts exist to inspire change and enrich lives through cultural initiatives, strategic projects, events and festivals.
Eden Arts are breaking ground in the north of the north. Inspiring change through culture and challenging the culture sector and others to ‘think sideways’ both metaphorically and literally through their #66 project connecting Cumbria, Durham and Tees Valley.
